Leading the Future of Vocational Education with AI
JFYNetWorks was proud to be part of the Massachusetts Association of Vocational Administrators (MAVA) Connecting for Success Conference June 25-26—and even prouder of the enthusiastic response we received from educators across the state.
The conference theme, “Building Bridges: Connecting Education and Industry,” couldn’t have been more timely—or more aligned with JFYNetWorks’ mission. With AI rapidly transforming fields like manufacturing, design, construction, healthcare, media, and IT, vocational education stands at the forefront of a generational shift. We’re excited to be helping vocational schools meet that moment.
We were thrilled by the strong interest in our sessions and grateful to the many teachers, administrators, and district leaders who signed up to join us in shaping the next chapter of career and technical education.
In our two sessions—“The AI Creative Edge” and “From Theory to Practice”—we explored hands-on AI tools, practical classroom strategies, and implementation frameworks tailored specifically for vocational technical schools. Our goal: to equip educators with the tools to integrate AI in ways that are ethical, practical, and aligned with real-world career pathways.
JFYNetWorks is committed to supporting vocational educators as they lead the future of workforce development. Our JFY AI Leadership Institute: Lead the Future professional development program is designed to do just that—giving teachers, curriculum leaders, and administrators the AI literacy, confidence and practical tools they need to prepare students for success in today’s evolving job market.
